Everton's Customer Service

I'll credit them on this occasion, they rang back after the lines closed

Safe to say they said they're chocker - and for one of the matters that needs sorting to call back in 2 weeks.

Also I thought i'd ask randomly about them taking food/crisp at the gate - confirmed they have all be instructed to (not that, that was what the call was about])
Like they'll literally take crisps off you, or candy from a baby?
 

Another shambles at the club shop in Liverpool One then, I went in to buy a £10 programme for Sunday but they were unable to sell it to me because no one had changed the code on the till from the usual £4 for a programme and none of the staff new how to do it. I suggested scanning something else in the shop which was £10 to allow me to buy it but apparently 'that's not possible' therefore me and 3 other people walked out of the door empty handed with £40 that could have been in Everton's till in our pockets. The incompetence at this club from top to bottom is truly incredible.
 
Got the same message yesterday and today, trying to buy my Mansfield ticket, can’t take your call due to the high volume of calls, what a joke, what kind of service is this, someone at the club needs to sort this out. who’s the best person at the club to complain to

The automatic email replies say have a response deadline of 21 days now. Obviously that's their limit but 3 weeks to get around to answering an email query is absurd.
I emailed Leicester Tigers at 2054 yesterday and got told I could expect a reply within 3 days. Got an email today at 1018. At least some sports clubs can get it right.

I’ve been on hold now for 1.5 hours with the ticket office!

My ST is not showing in my profile meaning I can’t transfer to my son who wants to use it Sunday.

Shambles.
 
It's just an incredible shambles again, I walked out shaking my head. I'm not buying the programme out of principal now cos they have done my head in that much.
This will be exactly the reaction from many, it's actually turning us fans against the club, when we should be embracing the new era (less the same sh 1 te football).
Prices inside the stadium, incompetence in various departments, the mysterious algorithm that is the ballot, swindling £60 for priority entry and coming away with nothing... list is endless.

Can you find it in account management > account history like this in your eticketing account, click on resend email if you can see it.

Definitely feeling a disconnect from the club since the yanks arrival.
Have they let staff go, replaced management?
Ticketing is suddenly calamatious although I'm starting to see the prohibitive nature as being a feature rather than an error in the system.

Have you tried updating the Everton app on your phone? Neither my Roma nor Brighton tickets were showing on the app (I added them to my Google wallet from the email). I have just updated the Everton app and both tickets have appeared. May not work but worth a try...
