I’d take Forests business over ours this summer, by a long way.

Luiz is a very good buy, Hutchinson 37mil is over priced, McAtee obviously talented, but like Dibling it’s a gamble. Abd the other guy they bought Ndoye or something, I know nothing about him. Let’s see how we finish the window. The only player I’d definitely have is luiz at the minute. Moyes wanted McAtee, but we were quoted 40mil and we moved for KDH.

Barry is a completely unproven striker in this league. You can sign a better striker in FA if that is the case. You would likely have just as much success sticking Ndiaye in there or a Demarai Gray. Signing a 30 mil striker based on potential when there are other holes to fill is the type of stunt that kills you. Most strikers don't make it.

Only time will tell if he is a good signing but we absolutely had to sign a striker. It was our no.1 priority.

Well there are at least two very distinct camps on this forum. Those of us who are not happy with the summer's business and are gettiing increasingly sceptical of the claims of "elite players for an elite stadium" and those that think everything is fine and we will be pushing for Europe. I like to think that I am a sceptic sitting on the fence hoping to be proved wrong. Instead of all of us resorting to name calling, is their any actual evidence to support the " you are all hysterical bedwetters" shouts? My actual thoughts are leaning towards, we havent necessarily been lied to but the management team that has been set up by our ownership are finding that operating in the ultra competetive 2025 EPLis not as easy as they thought and they are floundering
