Exactly, goes to show that these transfers deals arnt rocket science, negotiate a price to the selling club, it’s a simple yes or no. Sky sports have just ran a feature on it saying sometimes replies for bids on players can take less than 20 minutes as it’s usually a case of presenting the offer to the board, simple as that.
