What worries me, is that if we don't get Dibling it's getting close to a point you can start negotiations again with a credible target. We are fast going to disposable waste bin signings time.

So unlikely anything concretely happens before Brighton so it leaves us 7 days for a:

1. Right winger: a must in terms of numbers/quality
2. Right back: a must for the welfare of all Evertonians
3. A centre mid: a big wish
4. A striker: a big wish so Chermiti can go out on loan

….it hasn’t closed yet. Disappointing we haven’t filled what I think is an ‘easy’ position at RB but brinkmanship might be at play in RW acquisition which could also inform how much there is to spend elsewhere.

I truly don’t think we can judge a summer window until Christmas but we’ve got another week or so to fill critical positions and strengthen the squad.

Moyes has arguably as strong a group at his disposal now that finished the season so strongly. We beat Newcastle away in the last game. I always thought we’d need/use full window, I’m actually not too enamoured with Grealish and KDH but happy to wait another week or so to see who else comes in.

Wait, did you say" cant judge the window until Christmas?". I know what you are trying to say and it makes sense but just had to laugh..." wait until July 1st" " wait until they come back from the US" " Wait until the season starts" "wait until window is closed"....dont think there will be much buy in to the concept of " wait until Christmas" to withhold judgement
