We've neglected the fullback sutuation which to me as soon as last season finished we had a few months to go get hit the ground running fullbacks.
I can not tell you just how pissed off i still am with this club after seeing Garner thrown in at left back on monday through utter incompetence in recruiting. We've had long enough to sort this.

I mean he wasn't. He got 9 goals in 32 games when United signed him for £70m.

I doubt it. Players are thick. London club so he doesn't have to move far. Equally new shiny stadium. CL football. He won't pick us if there's a choice, he may even pick palace over us for similar geographic reasons and european footy and use them as a stepping stone

I'd be more concerned about Palace than Spurs. Palace have shown they can develop these talents and sell them on to top clubs (Olise, Eze), whereas Spurs have signed Gray and the lad from Burnley in the last year or two and both have faded into the background there.

Hopefully we've done enough groundwork at this stage that it won't matter though.
