Summer Transfer Window 2025 Thread

Yes, but we're talking about Richarlison.
The fact is he is a very decent player and certainly better in his position than what we have and what we've been linked to.
And would at least show some fight in games. I'm tired of having a load of fannies in the team, who just stand with their hands on their hips while we get dry bummed by a newly promoted team.

Richy's best position is attacking from the left a position in which we are well covered.

Of course he can ( and does) play as a 9 and would be far better than Beto - and presumably Barry but haven't seen enough of him .

Would love him as a personality back at Everton but just can't see it because of his wages and Levy's negotiating stance - unless we sell Beto and Richy is his replacement.

It won’t happen .
But I don’t think wages would be a problem for Richarlison , he is one of the few players who genuinely wants to be an Everton player , he’d be happy with a fair wage here.

I reckon we've got about 24 hours to get a deal agreed for Dibbling and get a medical booked or it's done. On the plus side you'd have thought we've probably already agreed personal terms.

Spurs with money burning a hole in their pocket. Appears the lad at City is option number 1, but they'll pivot very quickly and are a more attractive option than us.

If it doesn't break today we've agreed the deal forget it.

Think Dibling prefers us as he knows he'll start

Richarlison has one thing in mind. It is a World Cup year and he wants the number nine shirt. Not likely to move and will not go to a club that wants to play him wide.

Yes, he can play as a 9, but only for good teams that have possession, press high and want to dominate matches.

When plan A, B and C is to hoof the ball from Pickford towards an isolated striker, he won't be useful at all. It would only work in a 442 and I can't see Moyes playing that.

The two previous seasons he has been missing a ton of matches. According to Transfermarkt he was out 316 days in two seasons. For context, Calvert-Lewin missed 161 days the same period.
