Either way, we were not interested in him, didn’t enquire when there was a possibility, and a fair section of our comedy fans don’t think he would have vastly improved us overnight.

One of the joys of reading this thread is how many people feel we will get relegated and have no decent players, but go “ No. Not them. Where would they play.” When we are linked with anyone and having just, presumably, witnessed the absolute shower that was game one.

Aznou may well be a Moyes signing but for the future. Barry could be if we brought another one in and sold Beto with the funds.

Seems like this new recruitment team Everton have in place, take us back to the Walsh/Koeman era just scramble around last few days of the window and sign anyone.

Great planning Everton, you have had since Feb/March to put things in place, especially to sign a right back, what do we do extend Colemans contract
