No matter where richarlison is I’d like him to do well. He was never going to replace Kane, but it was also never the assignment, but there’s a section of the spurs base who haven’t taken to him, but also the media have it in for him. If I’m honest I don’t want spurs to do well as for a club with only 2 league title they’re treated nationally with way way more respect than we are. That is probably a mix of recency bias and the aforementioned social media influencers. But if right can bang in 30 and spurs finish below us again then that will do.

Recency bias was with regards you being one of “big 6” I’m talking total. You would swap each of those European trophies for a league title, and even if you did you’d still have less than us.

If you say you wouldn’t then fine, but I wouldn’t believe you, there’s not a chance you wouldn’t swap 24/25 europa league winners for 24/25 champions of England.

Everton fans are happy with their trophy haul and we’re happy with ours. We’ve always been a cup team and Bilbao was incredible, a night etched into our soul and Richy played a huge part.

If he stays fit then I think he has statistically his best season this year - Frank will play to his strengths

Huge difference throwing out that "major" trophy claim when you're comparing the league cup to winning the league/title. The breakdown of the trophies is rather different to the headline.

He talked about 'recency'. I just pointed out over the last 55 years we have won twice as many trophies as Everton.
Added to that we have finished 2nd and 3rd in the League in that time, reached two other European finals as well as some other League and FA Cup finals.

In my defence, I didn't start it, just responded to a post asking why Spurs are regarded as a 'big club' and Everton aren't. I dont make the rules

I mean im not arsed. I caught the last page or two. But ive always been of the same opinion regarding trophies. Luton town and Wigan have won the league and FA cup. Being the Champions of your country is another level.
