I think as mentioned previously. Everyone working at Everton has had a bollocking this week and warned about letting slip about transfers. It's gone from daily rumours to completely zero since Moyes said it in his press conference!!

Either that, or were actually not signing anyone! 🤣

I don’t care that the leaks have stopped, they weren’t particularly prevalent to begin with.

I care that in a summer of vital importance under new owners, new directors and a manager in his first summer transfer window - on the eve of kicking off in our shiny new stadium - we are stuck in the same tropes that have paralysed this club for as long as I can remember.

Not prioritising our areas of weakness, not having the agility to move on to other targets in a timely fashion leading to long drawn out sagas, not understanding the importance of pre-season, being completely undercooked in August… how many seasons have we now all said the things?

Fans are allowed to be frustrated that a promised new era is currently shaping up to be more of a false dawn.

Everyone is frustrated but some people are posting it non-stop. It’s weird, very weird

The problem is we need there to be news because we are in desperate need of players. The season has started and we can't compete.

Stopping leaks getting out of the club is fine but it doesn't improve our squad.
