Match Ticket Thread - Spares/Requests - FACE VALUE OR LESS ONLY!

I have a question hopefully someone on here can answer.
If I have my season ticket and can't go to the game, how can I get it to a friend who is a non-member?
 
Asking for someone else but does anyone know if cup games can be transferred via ticket transfer/friends and family. They didn't allow it last season in the FA Cup, so wondering if any update this season.
