At this stage of the window they are the answer. We’re not going to get these superstars for £70k a week that everyone seems to think are just going to land on our lap because it’s the end of August. People need to seriously get real, we have to start prioritising quantity at this stage of the window. We’ve left it far too late to start nit picking about quality, that’s something you can do when you first have the basic skeleton of a squad to get you through games of football.
