I actually come away thinking we're really short in the middle as well.

A lot depends I guess on what if any we can spend if we do get Dibling.

But if the plan is to spend 40m on a young winger and try to get away with a loan or a cheapo in midfield it’s the wrong way round. We were outplayed and outmuscled in midfield last night, it should be priority one.

I know it’s a divisive opinion but I think Brownhill would be a good option. Free, played in the premier league and would give us some much needed depth in midfield options.

I can understand it with Anzou to a point but even then i'd rather us signed a journeyman lb as genuine cover for Myko.
