The fact that I now can’t decide what’s more urgent between CM, RW and RB tells me everything. It was a big job this summer but we’re in a horrible position, especially for our first season in the new stadium. I understand they had to wait until July 1 but there’s no excuse for not having more realistic options lined up since there was some actual money to spend again. We need starters in all three of those positions.

Not saying that the window will definitely be a failure by the end, but it is looking dicey enough that it feels like they are wargaming.

If they are playing, whilst we still lack a recognised right back, a right winger and a Prem level CF, we will defo struggle.
All 3 should have “For Sale” logos on their shirts, rather than Stake. If we can trade them as makeweights, in deals for decent players, even at a loss, just do it.

We’re all here to agree / disagree. I think all 3 lack the ability to be high performing, Prem level players. Certainly none of the 3 should be anywhere near first team starters.

I think we've all seen now that if the board thought bringing in Grealish would solve our problems, they are badly wrong and need to spend tens of millions more yet to have even a functional starting XI, never mind a good one.

Some of us were saying we needed all this weeks ago and were getting shot down and told we were waiting to make sure we got the right targets in. Now people realise we are at endgame in the window and are expecting us to drop 4 signings in a week, are you actually mad?
I’d be surprised if these chancers can scramble one free transfer or loan over the line this week. They haven’t a clue what they’re doing.
