People can claim it’s Moyes’ fault for a lack of transfers [not sure I share the opinion to be honest] but struggle how you’ve reached the ‘disgrace’ conclusion. The first half performance is on the players, IMO. We know enough about how Moyes sets up and plays to know, whilst it mightn’t be total football, his instructions were not for that performance in the first 45. Add to that a woeful penalty decision, makes be doubly confused about the take.

I mean people praise him for the transfers, why should he be immune to criticism when they don’t work out then? He got everything wrong and has some shocking selection decisions and delayed subs, so yes, we should criticise him for that too. The pen was a pen and if it wasn’t given the other way we’d piss our collective pants for days

Absolutely no one can tell me the premier league isn't fixed to a certain degree when you see these decisions so often.

Incompetency can only get you so far as an excuse.

……no way to disguise it, it was a poor performance we almost got away with. No strong views on the penalty as long as that’s the bar set and the same incident is a penalty throughout the season.

We looked woefully inadequate as an attacking force, offering little or no threat. I thought our two stand-in defenders were probably our best performers, Michael Keane & James Garner.

Given the threat James gives for Leeds, I’ll go for Garner as MoM.

Never mind the transfers, playing Garner at left back was on Moyes and set the tone for the game, then didn’t change it when it blatantly wasn’t working.

I’ll make my apologies after the game if it’s turns out Aznou isn’t injured, but if he’s not I’d be absolutely astounded. Why would Moyes leave out of the squad the only left back we have if he were fit to play?

I’m not a Moyes apologist, mind you and am really quite worried of Beto has to be the starting #9.
