Just sent an e mail to complain which I never do as I’m sick and tired of the shambolic nature in which every department in this football club is run.
I simply called up to get my cup tickets as I’m a bit of a technophobe.
Issue 1 - in a queue, fine no problem but no mention of the number you are in the queue so no idea whether to hang on or try again later.
Issue 2 - the operator says sorry you probably won’t be able to hear me as I’m in the office, you could hardly hear a word she was saying.
Issue 3- after completing purchase after her taking my card number down wrongly a few times due to the noise I asked will these tickets just be added to season ticket as usual.
Her response “should be”
What do you mean should be?
Her response “well we don’t know yet”
