Transfer Rumour Josh Brownhill

We spent the following on acquiring the below mentioned players before even getting started on their wages:

8.5 million on a crocked Fabian Delph aged 29.
22 million on a 29 year old Allan, who was no better or worse than Brownhill would be for Everton.
24 million on Klaassen, who was utter terd, and yet everyone was creaming themselves about his arrival.
9 million on Garner.

There are many other examples from Everton and other clubs, Leeds have just spent 12 million on Sean Longstaff, for example. So I find it mad that people can't see the VALUE in acquiring Brownhill on a free. I bet he'd outperform each and everyone of the aforementioned Everton players in an Everton shirt. He may not be a player that 'takes us to the next level', but there is very clear VALUE to his transfer.

Half the people that are averse to signing Brownhill are the same people that think it takes five years of incremental progress to reach the top half anyway. So if you really do want incremental progress, and you live by this 'Rome wasn't built in a day' mantra, then it's ridiculous to be against picking up Brownhill on a free.

😂😂😂😂😂 look at player Valuations
You’ve just made yourself looks a right tit, saying we’re penny pinching and trying to pay on the never never, when we’ve spent 50mil and are throwing in 30mil bids

I’m sure there’s netball on somewhere or woman’s golf
Enjoy your Sunday

Not angry Im actually pmsl at how clueless you’re and you actually think talkSPORT and Alex crook have all knowledge on all things Everton haha brilliant. Again I will repeat myself fkr the last time, we have money, we’ve spent 50mil and are bidding for players. 31mil on Fofana and so far 27mil on dibbling
We ain’t penny pinching and buying on
The never never, we gave Alacarz a 2yr deal so on our accounts we will pay 6 mil a year
Barry was only a 4yr deal so again why not give him and Acararz and the new left back all 5yr deals. That would save the club this year roughly 5 to 6mil

So go away, stop listening to talkSPORT,
Do your homework on the club you support and understand how transfers actually work and then come back to me.
I guarantee when the window closes we will have spent over 100mil

I’ll give most new signings a chance but I just don’t see what he would add except that he’s another body?! I suppose it’ll allow us to send Armstrong out till January atleast so he can get regular games.

Waste of time, simple as that.

He doesn't move the needle one jot - no better 'backup' than Iroegbunam or even Harrison Armstrong at this point.

Even despite that - far bigger fish to fry anyway..
