The club has known about the turnover in players for a while now. We can't wait a couple of windows to fill out a squad, that would be stupid af. Incremental improvements over multiple windows but when we don't have enough players they simply need to be brought in.
Might not be first targets but we simply have to fill out the squad and one window is more than enough time to do so

Watching them now and they're so light up top. Rogers is great but they've sold Diaby, Bailey, Duran. Lost Rashford and Ascencio who they had on loan last season, and dont seem to have brought in anyone decent with PL supposedly limiting their spending.

They will strengthen before the end of the window. Could see Fofana ending up there and they’ve just spent 30m on a striker from Nice.

Would argue that none of those players would start for us V Leeds unless Myko is injured them maybe Young would come in. Might be good to have some on the bench but our first 11 is stronger.

They've just had to sell Ramsey to comply with PSR. They will sign a few players before end of the window but I'm pretty sure they're in the same position we were in previously where PL are telling them they can't do certain deals.

Edit - their fans (I Think, could be Newcastle) currently chanting 'Premier League you've lost the plot' sounds familiar
