Stephen Bradley has declined to elaborate on a row with Jack Byrne that is the reason for the Ireland international’s absence from the Rovers squad for their Conference League tie with Ballkani.

Rovers play Portuguese side Santa Clara in the Play-off round - they had a 0-0 tonight at home to Larne but 3-0 on aggregate.

Don't know anything about them - they lost their first league game 0-3, and they got through the last conference qualifier 3-2 on agg against Varazdin of Croatia.

Brazilians can be bad footballers too, and that might be the reason they play their football in the middle of the Atlantic.

Awkward place to get to.

I can't go but I had a quick look and found a package for 2 with 4 night stay for €1439 pp, flights via Zurich from Dublin with Swiss, with 4 1/2 hour sopover in Zurich. Over 11 hours travel. Hard labour - the return is overnight so the stopover is in the middle of the night.

Might get better through TAP via Portugal.

Bohs seem to be able to mess things up. Would not surprise me if their league form dropped off enough to finish 5th and despite being at the sharp end of the table most of the season miss out on Europe.
