How did someone revealing Branthwaite's status early act as an aid to our opponents when they'd have seen he wasn't training?
Where do teams announce the list of players who are training or not, where would our opponents see who was in training or not? If they could see that, they would be able to see our tactical shape etc. even dodgy boxes don’t show such info. If Moyes doesn’t want the info to get out, it shouldn’t get out, simple.

It's always one of the medical team....
Do what has to be done Moysie

They can see on social media.

They can see on social media.
The club edit the content before anything is issue on social media, so they will only share what they want to share. Other clubs don’t have a clue what goes on in our training, apart from what we allow them to see. Showcasing injuries plays no role.

Let me share you my story:

Being a non local fan in early 2000s meant that internet was(still is) the only way to connect with the club, back then there was no social media, no whatsapp or similar apps. Before GOT i was active on the official forum (that was a thing on the official EFC website called Blue Room) NSNO and BlueKipper (which was the most active forum), anyway like nowadays, everybody was interested in transfer news, but back then there were few resources for news (Football Websites and regular media), because i worked in the online industry, i knew how to find Everton related news in foreign media, i used to translate them and post them in the mentioned forums in English, i became popular during the Fellaini transfer, the deadline had passed and everybody was angry that we didn't sign anyone, after midnight i posted the Fellaini news from the Belgium media and people were skeptical at first, couple of hours later the news broke and i became famous, then came the Clattenburg derby, i was so angry after the game so i created a petition against him with visuals and a strong text, i posted the link to the petition on the forums and ended up with several thousands of signatures and it was mentioned in BBC and several other British media ( https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/news/liverpool-news/petition-to-ban-derby-referee-3502068 ), So i ended up with big database of Evertonians emails (those who signed the petition) and decided to open a new and better Forum for us, i bought the domain "Planeteverton" and web hosting and bought a Forum software (vBulletin was back then the best and most expensive forum software, later GOT used vBulletin too) i launched the Forum and sent mass-email to the database inviting them to the Forum, many joined and it was looking to become a success (the forum) but unfortunately i was contacted by someone from the club telling me i had no right to use the word "Everton" specially that i had Google Ads on the website, i thought to myself while i live outside Europe and they can't do anything to stop me/the website, this is my club, im not here to make money from my club (Google ads were barely covering some part of the cost (hosting and vBulletin price + my time maintaining the website on my own) so i shut down the whole thing and never looked back (Around that time GOT was born and i joined in 2007).

Do i regret shutting it down knowing that the Forum as a software and design and features was way better than the others and was already becoming the most active within weeks? No, while im not local, i will never do anything that bothers the club (using the name or making money from it)

Pictures of training have been carefully selected for years. They mean nothing
