Another signing lads, TFG doing WORK in the transfer market. A stunning 7 transfers in and some of you are whining just because we dont have a single player for the two positions on the right side that we havent addressed in 5 years for some reason.

Are you seriously counting two backup keepers - and a player who was here half last season?

He's not a defensive midfielder if he can't play defensive midfield so a number 6 mate, which he definitely can't

We have been ran horrendously as a club the last few decades. So if it takes 3 games into the season to have a complete squad then so be it

For once things seem to be on the up, new ground, new owners, new backroom staff, buying some high potential young players in barry and aznou, dewsbury hall looks like he will be a brilliant player, grealish is a huge name in world football. Ideally we would have have all positions filled by now but only city, liverpool and chelsea have.

Honestly its like some of the constant negative ones proper fume that a lot of us are feeling positive and dont sit here posting the same negative stuff over and over and over.

Shame we haven’t filled the positions needed yet but we still have 17 days and until the window shuts i’ll stay positive and fully expect to have us strongest squad in decades

you make good points although I think people who are being viewed as negative being dismissed as cry arses or bed wetters here and social media doesn’t help at times .

I get there are those who like to take the mick and have a laugh doing that but , when you weigh up what some of the negative viewpoints stem from, it’s only from experience of what’s transpired isn’t it.

How many times have we been lacking before a season starts or having issues year on year or having to wait till this time or another time to see obvious issues sorted.

I think some of our fans get a bit of harsh stick and when you consider how many turned out for games the club should be ashamed of (last day relegation battles) they’ve been there when it mattered.

Think about what some fans of other clubs would be like with even half the crap that has gone on here, i remember some of them lot losing their minds only a handful of months of Roy Hodgson for example.

We need a player who can actually play defensive mid mate. When Gana goes to pasture we aren't looking or shouldn't be looking for a number 8 which he is who is great defensively to replace.

We should be looking to actually have an 8 more like KDH and a defensive midfielder behind both.

Just bored of it just find it crazy still having to talk about it and looks like no movement in the positions we need. Looks like if do go after a rb by moyes today will prob be a late deal in the window

it might be time for us to panic buy some free players to fill out the squad until we can get the big money players in that we think are the quality we need.

Current free agents include:

tomiyasu - Right back - injured until christmas - could maybe get him on a cheap deal heavily appearance based incentives

Kurt Zouma - knows the club and Moyes - could be needed if Branthwaite breaks down or Tarky has a recurrence of his injury

Brownhill - decent body for CM position without costing a fortune

Davide Calabria - Italy international right back - good backup to O brien or will allow him to move to CB if there are injuries

hakim Ziyech - Right winger - good backup option, knows the PL. not amazing but better than Harrison for sure.
