Summer Transfer Window 2025 Thread

Alexander Arnold's s traitor, get in their Isaak, VVD, etc force that move through.
Days of the likes of mick Lyons and the likes that truly loved the club are well gone.
The clubs look after themselves , so can't blame the players.
I don't get emotionally invested in any player these days .
The money is so huge its like a lottery win if they get the move.
What would any of us realistically do?

Our current situation is not good.

Not good at all.

We're a season long injury from making do and mending if any of our central defenders pick up a bad one.

The CM lacks a destroyer.

Our attack looks insipid.

We need 4 or 5 in and should have had at least 3 of those in by now ready to start the season.

The summer window's not far off being a calamity so far.

Funnily enough there are exceptions, I believe Pickfords one..

Outtara (and tbh Hutchison) is further down the line than Dibling. Safer buys. But it will probably take a 35M initial for Dibling who hasnt played much football at all in comparison. Had a good 6 months and a poor 6 months - thats it so far. Its that issue of potential which may/may not be realised.

What would you give our window out of ten thus far?

For me it’s sitting at 6/10. Failure to get an adequate RW or RB being the biggest problem.
