We don't seem to be involved with Juventus anymore. People will continue linking us just because of the earlier Luiz negotiation that Everton walked away from. Next it was Nico Gonzalez, and now Vlahovic. It's pretty suspicious to be linked with every player a club is trying to move. It's really just trying to connect dots on adjacent pages. Why are they booing him ?

The fans want him out due to his wages.

They feel he is just after the money but in the past couple of years they have bought a lot of strange free transfers (Luis, Ramsay etc etc) and offered mad wages which have all failed and hamstrung the club.

He has been stopped from a big move by his club massive wage increase, playing in a lower division
If you were offerd a better job ten times the wages and your boss stopped you would you put the effort in?
I know I wouldn't ,
i would just go through the motions till I got out.
I would be made up if someone put that much effort in to join Everton myself .
If he turned out good I wouldn't care what his former clubs supporters thought.

Still nearly 3 weeks left till the window closes (18 days). I think we will get another 3 or 4 players including a right winger and right back. Clubs are demanding ridiculous prices currently and we cannot be held to ransom but i am still fairly optimistic we will get what we need before the window closes.
