Summer Transfer Window 2025 Thread

He did a job, but he'll be increasingly targeted this season should he remain there.
If teams want to target Jake thats fine with me, he's a rock at the back, fast and great at defending 1v1.

Issue we'll have if he plays there this season is going forwards, doesn't look comfortable hitting the byline and crossing isn't great.

I very much would like us to sign a proper rightback but considering Jake can do a decent job there i don't think it's been anywhere near as high up the list of priorities as a striker, a 10, and still now a right winger and a 6.

RW DM and RB for sure and perhaps even another CB needed now unless we really want to see keane starting a huge number of games this season

he is starting to pick up a fair few injuries. i'd bet they wont be the last games he misses
Probably not. But we will have a RB before the end of the transfer window and then JOB plays cb.

Unless Branthwaite ends up needing surgery or something, I’d be massively surprised we sign a cb

Sorry, i did mean midday, so midday on Friday coming up
No i mean for any player to play in any weekend game Sat - Mon. It would have to be completed the day before the 1st match of the round - IE Liverpool is Friday - so any new player has to be done by Midday tomorrow (Thursday) no matter if a game Monday - (That is what it changed to previously)

We are only a Branthwaite and tarkowski injury away from having to start Michael keane at centre back and Coleman with a zimmerframe at right back…

Don't think an 18-year old Serbian kid is gonna come in and start any games.
Not start as i would still want a rb to come in and then would have obrien keane to come in, esp with keane on a one yr deal. Gives us time to build a cb up and train around the squad and be 5 th choice
