I understand as a club we need 3 strikers, but given that we are not in Europe I would expect the 3rd striker to be a young player or a veteran player because they are probably only going to get a start if 2 players are injured

Exciting news is we get DCL back on a free loan for 26/27.

Calvert Lewin had no pre season whatsoever so he's the last player you throw in half fit.

He'll play every week there but last few weeks have been a bit of a reality check in who and who dosen't want to sign him I'm sure.

Given that Leeds are pretty much doing a policy of only buying huge players then DCL probably isn't the worst shout for them as they are going the set piece to try to stay up route

Wasn't Dovbyk one of those offered in summer 2022 before he went to Girona?

If he signs he's coming in as first choice and perhaps Beto ends up at Roma as a makeweight?
