Summer Transfer Window 2025 Thread

What about Richi as the experienced striker? Could also play back a bit. I say never go back (pienaar) but I saw him in some stats for odds to score in game one and hes up there!
He would be brilliant and would definitely be available and would jump at the chance to join us. Alas Spurs would somehow likely want as much as they paid us for him despite his stock falling dramatically during his time there.

Weird one at the minute is Forests owner apparently put the brakes on spending until the palace appeal and now they got confirmed as the Europa league he's now sanctioned a huge spend - Mcatee for 25-30, bid on Lewis for 25 from city as well and a couple if other 25-30m offers flying around.

Thing is unless I'm mistaken the difference between conference league and Europa even if you say get the final would only be around 20-25m tops.

Very very weird like

Even more weird considering his shares are in a blind trust for Forest so he doesn’t have any control over them….

West Ham’s opening offer of £30m for Mateus Fernandes has been rejected by Southampton. Fernandes is their top target in midfield, but the clubs are a long way apart on his valuation and a compromise is not close.

Southampton, who signed Fernandes for £15m from Sporting last year, have quoted £50m for the 21-year-old. West Ham are understood to have offered an initial £28m plus £2m in add-ons. They believe Southampton, one of the favourites for promotion from the Championship, want too much for a player with one season of Premier League football behind him.

West Ham are prepared to explore alternative options.

£100m for two players that were part of a team that got 12 points. The game has never been more gone.
