It's been shown that those teams with high wage bills do best...
Your certainly right there! We have THREE England players now, two who could maybe just scrape £130k a week. The top teams SUBS start at that salary and most pay whatever the player wants just to get him. We may get there eventually but at the moment it's a fair few years off. But heres hoping we don't hang around.

Our two best outfield players both play in the same position, so it will be interesting to see how Moyes manages that, we are certainly not in a position where we can just rotate them. Obviously one of them is going to move inside and I would assume McNeil is earmarked for the right side unless (until) we bring in someone for that role.

But choosing who to leave out of the team is always a better decision to have than choosing who to put in to plug a gap

Isn’t it nice we’re not discussing who will have to settle for a bench spot though? Usually it’s “where is the bench”

Personally think Alcaraz starts on the right until we sign a RW.

For me, it’s McNeil and garner that hit the bench for grealish and KDH to come in,

Is he fit enough to start on Monday v Leeds, as i don't think he has played any pre season games?
As Dewsbury hall looked gassed on sat around 60 mins and he has had games

I’d doubt it, as not played at all in pre season.

Last thing we’d need is an injury to him.

Who knows though…Only Moyes…

Maybe a cameo off the bench

I know it's all PR and the same questions every time, but he:

a) seems like a really nice lad, and
b) seems made up to be here

….agree. I’m not particularly bothered by his arrival but his answers to questions sounded sincere, not soundbites. Could be a popular addition to the dressing room.

Hopefully he now does his talking on the pitch, Moyes is clearly a long time admirer and talk of him being played centrally appeals more to me.

….in respect of Leeds, we could be under the cosh for large parts. If that’s the case, Moyes might start Alcaraz as he transitions very well on the counter and has the ability to put Beto or Barry in on goal.

Might just suit to have Grealish as an option off the bench.
If he is fit enough, I'd probably start him to draw some fouls when Leeds are being aggressive on the press at the beginning and to play Beto or Ndiaye through. Then bring Alcaraz on as you said on the counter once the players have settled down a bit. If Grealish is on the bench, I can't see Moyes bringing him on as long as the game is tight.
