Honestly man I don’t fixate on players too much. That’s their job. Just hope they learn the lessons of the past and sign players who offer value and who can grow and becoming more expensive which means they’re doing good for Everton and we don’t let them for nothing like Sigurdsson, Bolaise, Walcott, Tosun, Schneiderlin, Gbamin, Mina, Allan and Doucoure as that’s what’s put us in a hole.

Onwards and upwards. The fans deserve it.

I’ve always felt the same about players, there just people doing a job never really got that overly enamoured by them. I would never ask a player for a picture etc I just find it a strange thing to do. Don’t get me wrong I understand why people do, just not something I’m that impressed by.

What about Richi as the experienced striker? Could also play back a bit. I say never go back (pienaar) but I saw him in some stats for odds to score in game one and hes up there!
