You do realise how long ago that was. Any championship players we are linked to are instantly written off in favour of some foreign flops.

It seems liverpool want a buy back option, so for me that's a big no. I guess this is why he is still at Liverpool.

I do feel we've got enough to get us through the first 2 or 3 games now. Prices quoted are ridiculous, TFG wont flinch, we will probably see the rest of our business done at the end if the window to get better value. As long as we get a RW, RB & CDM before the window shuts we will be good....

Moyes is more aware of the time restraints he has on his time with us. Thinks that’s why he is looking for more experience.

The problem is that Leicester know we've bid 40m or thereabouts for dibbling, so they'll just ask for the same fee for their player. The publicised failed bids for dibbling haven't been great for our negotiations moving forward.

Really good player, if he's not willing to tow the line at Spurs I'd need convincing he'd be willing to do it for us consistently.

If he's not willing to be respectful at Spurs why would he do so at Everton? It's not like he's not getting into Everton due to ability, it seems all down to his character. Wouldn't really want him here.
