Other Clubs Transfer Window 2025-2026.

A deal is only good or bad depending on what they do for their clubs. If Barry scores 5 this year and that lad scores 20, who is the better deal?
Depends on what service they are getting. But I'd not want to spend £75m on a striker from Portugal. Even Gyokeres cost less than that and he got double the goals!

I keep seeing Knickerless Jackson being linked with leaving Chelsea as if he is some sort of prized striker.
I’ve never really rated him at all. Is he any good or just massively overrated (because Chelsea)? What is the point of him?

Something in the region of a goal every 2.5 games for them.

Sunderland are obviously taking a page out of Forest’s playbook . Hope it works out well for them . I enjoy talking to their fans and the absolute spite they have for the barcodes .
Pickford is mild compared to most Mackems I have met . They are nearly on Davek level when discussing the RS . Nearly . Davek’s hatred for the cult is pure .

I’ve heard this a fair bit - but Forest signed 21 players that summer, including a load that played the same position etc. We've signed 10 so far (maybe a few more to come in), Burnley have signed 11!

We're obviously throwing money at it, but at least it feels a bit coordinated. Maybe in terms of a comparison it's a bit more like Villa in 2018 or Leeds under Bielsa? Or even Burnley last time they were promoted? I dunno how it'll go though, but at least the off seasons been fun! Hopefully we can all have a big party to celebrate good seasons at your place in May (for us that'd just being competitive in all honesty!)

What if Barry's 5 goals are all 1-0 wins, gaining us 15 points and the other lads 20 are all a goal or goals in losses?
What if Barry plays much fewer games than him?
What if Barry assists 20 and he does 0?
What if Barry makes incredible runs, lays it off to a player who then assists the goalscorer, Barry's stats show 0 goals and assists. But it's not the full story.
What if Barry is just the friend we make along the way?

Thought he put up some pretty good numbers at a club that is a serial striker killer. I’d defo take him here, but I think he’ll probably be a step up from us wherever he lands.
