Number of complaints about people missing parts of the football match because of queues for food and drink. Surely the main object of the visit is the football game and not coffee and food? No sympathy at all.

Maybe people were hungry and thirsty?

Was pretty impressive, some nice bars and decent food and drink offerings.

I put my Everton jacket under the seat in south stand upper. When I picked it up it was covered in grey concrete dust.

Knock it down and let’s go back to Goodison

I sat in my seat and ended up covered in concrete dust - is it too much to expect it to be clean or cleanish at least ?

To be fair, yesterday wasn't the experience she's paid for.

Brighton will be.

I knew it was a bit of a con. Blag premium. When perks include credit for F&B and a programme, you know it is what if is.

But from seeing the facilities, it feels as though they've missold it. Particularly around the concourse.

I couldn't get a drink 40 minutes before kick off. Give up in the end.

I can't see how they resolve that - there was nothing else to use.

All the other areas have concourses with multiple bars and "experiences". Club view only have the one? And it won't be exclusive as they claim.

I went looking for somewhere else to try an get a pint and there wasnt anything.

Not at all surprised to see all the fume on social media around it - it'll go to another level after Brighton if they don't sort it.

Think they did the steep stairs to get rid of all the moaning oldies. Replace them with young trendy tourists with money to burn.

Yeah my nephew had the same on his coat, that's probably to do with sanding down and repainting that was going on the metalwork under the roof.

Some people were in that stadium 5 6 hours plus that's a long time to go without a drink never mind food especially for those with kids.

Worrying so many teething problems with only 2 weeks to go but like others have said the stadium itself is magic and will be a better for a big match at night. Genuinely spine tingling prospect. Sears in tbe West Stand Village St better than hoped. Catering was a joke but for £25 no bother. Everton Way and the whole.dock area will be brilliant for decades to come. Totally in love with the place and am sure the various kinks will get sorted.

Looking at the price and quality of the ale on offer, (that's proper beer, not fizzy lager), I'd guess the pubs around Moorfields will be heaving.
