Had a day out in the hills with Mrs k today exploring new places, got home, showered and had some food then cracked a beer…. I’m now 6 cans in and she’s just gone to bed… 8 cans left…. The night has just begun

Me and the Mrs went to Hafren Forest in mid Wales today.
What a beautiful walk that is.
There's a board walk that isn't that long and its leads on to other walks.
The river severn starts there and there's lots of little waterfalls along the river.
There's a few different walks from easy to moderate or you can do a couple of them or mix them up.
Free car park which is quite rare and there's toilets.
A few places along the way with tables and benches for a picnic or packed lunch.
Well worth a visit if you like a walk and there were cyclists about.
Highly recommended

The rain, it raineth every day
Made some sloe gin and blackberry vodka. Also made mint jelly and sage jelly. Had leftover pastry so made some jam tarts, I do love jam tarts.
