He is also finished and can't be bothered to try for Pep at City who are a generational team and one of the greatest ever.

I think it's be because he's good, available and would be a 'statement signing'.

Never been that sold on him myself, but could be quite fun in what will probably be a mid table season.

I can't see £12M covering both so I think it'd likely just be the loan fee.

Considering they dropped £100M on the transfer fee then they probably think that's an acceptable fee for a season before wages come into it.

If it keeps the likes of Mcneil getting extended minutes, I'm all for it.

We've barely got any creativity at all and even though Ndiaye is our most talented player, I'm not sure you need more than 3 fingers to count his assists.

We need more players who are comfortable with the ball at their feet, so even though I agree he's not a priority, it will be another player who will improve us for sure.

That right hand side though, thats been some piss poor recruitment so far.
