Theyre for disabled access only that you need to apply to the club to use. That is blatantly not the same.

Just got home the stadium and surroundings are absolutely fantastic. The "match day experience" in the north west upper corner are nothing more than an absolute embarrassment

I'll miss the Top Balcony for many reasons but I love my new seat. What a fantastic stadium. Things will get better and more efficient as time goes on. It's new for the staff as well.

Looks great from your pictures, all it needs is a decent team to watch every week, but you can`t get everything you want in life.

I think there could be a cameras to watch what you take and then charge you. But you just know there will be people trying to sneak through the gate behind you

Your card is linked to your account, and there are dozens of cameras that track your every move and each item as it's taken, moved, put down or ultimately taken away and purchased. Once you leave, the cameras know which items you have with you and deduct your account accordingly.

It's Amazon technology, and when they rolled it out they had their own staff try to trick the system and hide things, pick them up one place and put them down in another in their store, stuff it up their jumpers, etc. They know all of the tricks and AI is used to track identifies, obviously since they know exactly who you are as you need you tap your card to get in.

The entrance to the upper level of the south stand has an escalator.

It was out of order when we went in.

I'd love to know what it looks like in the ground as I'm only familiar with it at actual Amazon supermarkets. I'd expect there is still staff there to ensure it doesn't descend into chaos. The idea is that you save money (as a business—the saving isn't passed on to the customer) by being able to do without checkouts, but you still need staff there. Sadly I also expect there will be plenty of people trying to figure out how to con the system.

Was there information available about access/escalators in each section of the ground when everyone was choosing ST locations? Not ideal if some areas do and some don’t.
