I'm sorry I just cannot believe a stadium built in 2025 doesn't have escalators. You cannot claim it to be the best stadium in the league when it's lacking basics like that

2 pinters are really helpful at a gig, but the prices at the co-op are horrific. We went to watch Maiden there in June. The queues were not too bad to the bar, but the mens were stupidly long, For the beer queues i was not sure if it was the price (i'm there, i'm out to enjoy myself i'll have to pay it, many won't) or people 2 pinting it? Obvs the 2 pinter doesn't help when football fans are the only fans in the world not trusted to take beer to their seat and it certainly doesn't help the concourse congestion either.

The wife is a united fan and went to old trafford today. We're so used to rugby, cricket and gigs, she tried to take her pint to the seat and apparently almost got launched into the sun

I'll miss the Top Balcony for many reasons but I love my new seat. What a fantastic stadium. Things will get better and more efficient as time goes on. It's new for the staff as well.
