Productive morning so far, brought the food shop delivery in, put a wash on, washing out on the line, had a shower then popped out to get my hair cut. Chill for the afternoon watching the game and checking my bets then later this evening going to help my mum try and get upstairs for the first time since her knee replacement nearly 3 weeks ago
