Forgot to say, I appreciate the recommendations here, they are usually very solid. I just added Blue Lights to my list based on likes here.
Loved six feet under. Is 'mrs browns boys' to the uk audience what 'the big bang theory' is to the u.s. audience?
Also, I chanced upon yet another review earlier espousing the case for 'six feet under' as an essential watch.
The Alien tv series is getting excellent reviews. Starts next week
Your other half will be pleased to know it’s weekly. Think the first 2 are available on TuesdayDo you know if it’s going to be weekly episode or the whole lot will be available in one go ?
I’m hoping it’s not available in one go, as I may end up getting divorced if so![]()
Watched this last night, decent watch.
Think due to the case going on whilst it was been filmed, they couldn’t give too much in-depth detail from the police/forensics etc.
No doubt another will come out in the future that explains more, now that the trial is done.
Any Mike Flanagan stuff is great. My fave was Midnight Mass.If you have Netflix give the The Fall of the House of Usher a go, a fantastic show weaving together the separate stories of Edgar Allen Poe into a single narrative arc... absolutely loved every minute of it
Brilliant series.Loved six feet under.
Here's a teaser if anyone's keen:Second episode on the new series of South Park was really good. I love the fact they've taken the money and now more than ever before they just don't care.
At this point, it's pretty much:
The new Guy Richie crime series is quite good...Any thriller, action, dystopian, mafia GOOD seasons out this year?
Seems very sparse as far as new series go...
They should make a spin-off series: To Catch A Predator: The Kop Edition.Started watching To Catch a Predator; what a terrible series, nothing like the Predator movies at all. Very disappointing.
There might also be some crossover episodes in the new season as well...![]()
King of the Hill review – this charming comedy returns after 15 years … and it’s more welcome than ever
Hank, Peggy and the gang are back in a changed America. It’s nuanced, subtly political, poignant TV – and there’s never been a better time for its focus on tolerancewww.theguardian.com

The same premise, the same bits, and the same rubbish jokes.
Not that the original bits were funny, or entertaining anyhow, FFS!
Honest to God, I don't know how this tripe keeps getting renewed every season.
The new Guy Richie crime series is quite good...

I enjoyed the first season. Helen Mirren took the part of the crime family's conniving, sociopathic, matriarch well!
A real evil cow, lol!
Oh, and I also know that @Goat has a huge man crush on Mr. Hardy.
They should make a spin-off series: To Catch A Predator: The Kop Edition.
Man, with that lot, they'll never run out of material for new episodes!
There might also be some crossover episodes in the new season as well...

I thought it was alright. Entertaining.Seen Mobland.
Thought Brosnan and Mirren were caricatures. Pretty poor other than Hardy.
