New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

Could always just get one of these:

And fill it up though booze instead of air.
I’ve already got a big belly that I’ll fill up with booze prior to the match.

Going back to the food and drink again: tomorrow they're expecting people to be in that stadium and its vicinity from about 2pm to 7pm.

If some people cant afford the club's stuff or wont pay the prices they charge that's a problem.

There's something nasty about this rule. Eventually it'll come unstuck once the novelty of the stadium has worn off and there'll be confrontation.

The optics on this are terrible.

If people were going through the gates with a bag of food from Tesco or somewhere I could understand it. But taking even small amounts of food and water/soft drink and being stopped is disgraceful. I wouldn't like to be a steward if this club is struggling on the pitch while charging top dollar to fans to attend and then being forced to search fans for food and drink.

Have you ever been to an event before? What in the Lord's name are you gibbering on about?

loved a prematch visit to the Tommy Frost., a two mile walk from lime street and 2 or 3 cheap beers in the TF for less that £6 is not to be sniffed at. Best part of the day, certainly better than the football that followed.
Always the Richard John Blackler over the road from the station for me.

There’s always a bit of snobbery when it comes to a spoons unfortunately but I think they’re great. A cheap decent pint, and the grub is absolutely fine for the price. I’ve always been a fan.
