I think the council also missed a trick by not mandating free public transport for ST holders on matchdays - especially as the vast majority will be on digital tickets. Even physical tickets could be made compliant with the public transport ticketing systems - only wrinkle there is Merseyrail isn't yet equipped with open loop ticketing equipment (to enable digital tickets / wallets). If the club were to pay for it, the cost would be around £50k per game, or about 1/6 of Jack Grealish's wages.

Naturally of course, the optimal solution would be a Monorail. I mean Shelbyville has got one....

Tbf, always thought a modern monorail would be ideal for the waterfront and Dock Rd etc. A futuristic version of the old overhead railway running from Sandhills to Brunswick Dock. All very swish.... no traffic jams in the air.

Last week the team were in Chicago, a city with an overhead railway running around it's centre. Maybe TFG can persuade the authorities to build something similar for Liverpool? No chance, I know.
 

You'd not think it was ours really, I'm surprised Hill Dickinson isn't on the seats as well. Speaking of which why is it so boring and default at pitch level, where's the Everton-ness of it all?
