I'm also really curious and a bit confused who the starting attackers would be if we get Grealish. Boyland said today in the KDH article that he will play in the Doucouré role behind the striker, which makes sense for his skillset.

But then you have Grealish, Ndiaye and KDH for the left and central spots of that attacking three behind the striker. You'd expect all of them to be starters but they can't be really.

I think we’ll change it up depending on who we’re playing. Against a team we’d expect to have more of the ball than, I suspect Gana would be a lone DM with KDH and Alcaraz further forward, with Illy and Grealish either side of Beto or Tez.

Where we play 2 DMs against better teams, Alcaraz probably drops to the bench.

Dibling mainly impact sub/rotation I reckon.

City know full well that nobody is going to cover all the wages. The optimist in me thinks it may be a smoke screen to put off other parties, because Grealish wants to stay in the Northwest and Everton are the best option.

I can see KDH, Garner and Gana playing in a 3. But then that only really leaves space for 2 from Grealish, Dibling and Ndiaye. Guess Dibling is young enough to rotate.

Appreciate we haven't signed 2 of the 3 I'm mentioning but just speaking hypothetically.

Interested in the type of system Moyes would be looking to play. Grealish, Dibling and Ndiaye all seem of a type.

Likely to have two very defensive fullbacks so no real width/crossing.

Beto prefers to run into it than have it on his head so probably not a massive problem tbh
