I must say since the new regime it seems signings are completed faster once we have a deal so i mean not the traditional 48 hours wait for the medical to be completed then another 48 hours wait before EFC commercial team had all the photos etc out. Up The Crazy Toffees
Absolutely agree. A player I have always liked. Has quality and grit and I think will establish himself as a leader under Moyes. Five year contract as he enters his prime years as a footballer, good levels of experience in the Premier League and winning things, realistic fee and improves the first XI. Not much not to like about this one really.

He will fit right in. Love his mentality it’s no wonder Moyes wanted him he knows his players. He will be a great engine for our team and always willing to go or pass forwards and attack. I think he will end up being a very important player in our team so looking forward to seeing him play. Happy with this signing!

Hopefully his signing will help our midfield retain the ball and even god forgive pass to each other.
He plays in part of the pitch where you can have a transformative effect on the team, too.
Progressing the ball has been our chief problem, and he clearly improves us in that department.
