Moyes has liked these kind of players throughout his time. Not saying they were perhaps as good as Grealish, but he has had Pienaar, Osman, Arteta etc who all were very good footballers.

I think that they were all better than Grealish in as much as they were very good players (as is Grealish) and continually and consistently applied themselves to being top professionals.
