Our business seems steady to date, which I'm fine with. You can notice a drop-off to lower-tier targets in some of the names being mentioned, but I have no issue with pragmatism and KDH in particular I think is a shrewd buy that will improve us and offer consistency and reliability.

We obviously need another 3 or 4 in but it would be nice to have a bit of excitement generated too. That has fallen off which is a pity with all that's about to come at our new home.

The aim would be to have a comfortable but upwardly mobile season, and let Barry / Aznou settle in, but for that we still need more bodies. The James Justin links are in the same vein, solid would be the word.

We need to add more goals though, that issue is not being addressed and perhaps this is the issue with not being able to attract players of the standing they might have hoped for. The loan market is going to be critical but I think that was always going to be the case. Hopefully there will be scope to add a little something extra there.

I'm glad they are not being held to ransom for Dibling, if he does join us he'll have my full backing but we can still do a lot with that money and need to use it.

Does Kubo even want to join us? Read that he was complaining that Sociedad weren’t challenging for the league, not sure why he’d move to Everton
Tbh I'd be surprised but it would be an absolute game changer for us. We are talking about a genuine world class player here (that's the view of Xavi who i think would know one when he saw one)

I know I've said this already but ohhhh my god 75m for Sesko?? If there was *one* position we could sort early I'm glad it was striker. If Barry is a 27m player then Sesko is more like 30-35. We'd be so screwed if we hadn't got that sorted already

World class is a stretch mate. He scored 5 goals last season, and like 6 the season before.
