Liverpool have just sold a player nobody has ever heard of for £15m, so I guess £25m for a proven Premier League player in KDH is an absolute bargain.

I imagine they’ll end up with a net spend of less than ours. Which is ridiculous given how much they’re spending on new players. As much as I love Everton I actually bloody hate football

Chelsea often dont want players that are effective for someone else. Im not sure they are a good judge of any of that. Lukaku is obvious. In only the past 2 seasons its been Lewis Hall, Hutchinson, Havertz, Pulisic, Kovacic, Gilmor, Ampadu, Gallagher.

Agreed. Go back a little bit further and you have Kevin De Bruyne and Mo Salah who were also “un-wanted”.

Just sadly have to accept now is different worlds in the league now, just never going be able to match them. But i am hopefull we can be ahead of others just going take time.

I wonder did we try for Doak when it was widely rumoured we had an interest. We could do much worse, if they would sell him is another thing.

Had two bad injures on his knees and hes only 19, no real PL experience, Liverpool wanted £30m+ and he only has a year left on his contract.

Think we might look at him towards the end of the window or maybe January or go for him on a free next summer if he doesnt sign a deal with liverpool.

Don’t believe everything you read from the RS biased media…..

Claimed that they sold Tyler Morton to Lyon for £15m plus add ons.

The real figure disclosed by Lyon (as a publicly listed company) is €10m or £8.7m plus add ons.

I know it’s small beer in the grand scheme of things but it’s an example of the North Korea style media manipulation when it comes to the RS.
