Its really not though, deals don't happen in a vacuum unless you're Madrid, City, Arsenal etc. Teams that players will never turn down and are on another planet financially. If there’s a club out there who still hasn’t got their key business done at this stage of the window then they’re also a basket case like us. Also none of them needed 10 new players and none of them have a position on the field that literally doesn’t have a single player in their squad that can play there. Other teams’ business is completely irrelevant to us.
We need proof of life![]()
I don't do ignore, but I'm pretty sure he's actually put me on ignore nowQuestion for anybody who has @MikeH72 on ignore – has life been noticeably better for you since you made that decision? In my mind it would solve 80% of all whinging.

For us and the majority of clubs it's about finding opportunities where you can. We will have had a plan going into this window but ultimately it comes down to things aligning in our favour. We've been waiting for teams to not come in for players we want (Grealish, Fofana) becuase thats our best shot at getting those quality players in.
If you think we're in a position to bend the market to our will I'm sorry but you're deluded. Of course we're relying on adapting to the market and other teams dealings, we're a tough sell atm. We're playing the cards as they're dealt to us becuase that's where we're at as a club.
didn't he just play 33 of 38 games in the premier league last seasonI’m not liking this Dibling deal.
£50m for someone unproven in the prem is a massive risk.
It’s ok taking £5-10m punts on the likes of Cahill and Lescott etc, in fact I think Timmy was only £2.5m back in the day.
Also have to bear in mind we're about to make our 5th signing this summer. Yes, we still need numbers - especially on the right wing, but we're still making progress.Who in the league has gotten business done so far outside of sky 6 and promoted clubs?
First part?
Is this a football medical or SAS selection?

Who has gotten business done so far? *excludes 45% of the league*
Fair, but that still leaves us, Newcastle, Brentford, Palace, Villa, Bournemouth, Wolves, Wham, Fulham and Forest all struggling to do the business we want to do.That's half the league that you've removed haha
Not saying we should persist in 'the price is right' but he does have Premier League experience and should not need time to get up to the speed of the game in the UK. He played in one of the worst teams to grace the league so expecting him to have good number s is pretty pointless.w
with 2 goals and no assists
