Summer Transfer Window 2025 Thread

City will want us to pay 50 percent of Grealish's wages at least . Cant see us paying that out and still going in for Douglas Luiz at the end of the window . Reckon it'll be Dibling and a right back this week . Looks like Juanlu going to Napoli so it'll probably be Maitland Niles or James Justin.

Luiz is no longer an option apparently wants Forest and his agent is pals with DoF Edu.
Also Ndidi is off to Turkey and Hackney - EFC feel he’s too similar to Garner

Douglas Luiz is going to Nottingham Forest.

Time to step it up. There are players available on the market for decent fees. Last night showed we have the basic structure of a team that can do well competing against other PL sides. So did the Bournemouth first half and the end of the season under Moyes. Time for the owners and recruitment staff to take those words and put them into action. I wouldn't be surprised if we have another behind closed doors game before Leeds and after Roma but we really need a couple more in before Roma.

Where does this attitude come from? What makes us any bigger or better than Forest these days?

We are starting again this summer we have hit reset as a club new owners board and moved grounds also..

It’s going to take easily 3 years before the extra finances can effect us on the pitch if at that point we can’t compete or lose players to a forest or Brighton then we should be thinking that way and questioning..
being Everton or always a prem league team doesn’t count for nothing unfortunately to the non blues or agents and players

Need patience and acceptance as a fan base
