This is how I do it on IPhone/pad, not sure whether it’s the same on Android. Click on the photo icon, drop image here, photo library appears in the bottom corner, then click on the photo you want to post. Hope I’ve managed to explain that clearly. Have a great time.

When I have done it, I start my post and in the bottom right and there is a box that says “attach files”. If you press on that it gives you options one of which is Photo library. If you press on that it should take you to your photo library where you can select the ones you want to add.
Hope that’s right 🤞. Have a great holiday

I hadn’t seen your post which is a different way! I’ll have to try that next time.

Hello all. Its a very hot Sunday here today. Clammy hot though, you can see the Storm clouds gathering- apparently Storm Floris is on its way.
How stressful for your poor son @blue1948. I had £400 taken from my account once - I've no idea how they got my details but these scammers are very clever.
I've loved your pics @Gwladysover I feel like I want to go back to North Norfolk again. This is in addition to needing a visit to Scotland after watching Rick Stein in Argyll on TV the other night.
I successfully negotiated my first partial retirement day on Friday - which was also my first day back to my contracted hours so it felt like a long day. 🤣 The upside is I don't have to go back until Wednesday now. In true Civil Service style my holiday entitlement has been well and truly messed up after I've changed my hours. I tried to book my holidays for next month and the system was trying to take 12 hours for each day I booked instead of 7. I have no confidence that my pay this month will be right either!
In a diversion from the usual Sunday dinner I'm making Crispy duck - Gordon Ramsay's recipe. It's pretty straightforward but the whole kitchen now has a light coating of Chinese 5 spice powder! I've also made friends with Bella the springer spaniel who lives next door so I'm saving the duck giblets for her.
Other then that Im mostly watching the cricket. I think this series against India has been enthralling. Finely balanced and gone to the wire.
Have a lovely Sunday everyone x

They didn't take any money as his bank notified him that his card was being accessed in China , was it correct .The thing for him is he is a tech wizard so was kicking his rear end as on hindsight ( see that ) it was so obvious .

It's so easy to be duped. I know some very sensible people who have lost money in scams.
I think I mentioned mySIL who came out of the supermarket and was asked by a guy with a map to show her the way to a city many miles away ,when she got back into her car she noticed her bag on the passenger seat had been moved .After checking she went straight to the bank a few meters away to find 3000€ had been taken in less time than me typing this .

Well that me just about recovered from my 5 days of orienteering. Such a busy week , most days it was about 1 hour 50:mins to get to the different locations , all the while travelling on narrow roads, some single tracks and over some of the most spectacular Mountain View’s in the UK ……and that was before I started my run and then travelled back home. There were about 2700 competitors and as ever it was good to see people from all over the UK that I hadn’t seen in many years. A few pics from Braemar ,the Finish areas and a copy of a typical map and course.IMG_3937.webpIMG_3941.webpIMG_3946.webp
