Stop? You wanted them out before the ink was even dry on their ownership contract.Isn't it time to stop kissing the ass of these cowboys?
It will take us years to recover from his reign mate. He is the main reason we are where we are and why decent players don't want to come. They see us as relegation fighting fodder. I don't even give him much credit for the stadium. Sure he got the ball rolling but there were plenty of others involved in that and all he did was put us in massive debt and point deductions. One of the first things the new owners did was use their business knowledge to reduce the debt he created. He'll have done more for this club than TFG will do before they sling theoiir hook. That stadium seals Moshiri's status.
Moshiri was a disaster because he couldn't stop meddling in team affairs...but at last he took an interest unlike Friedkin.
The last time the manager got depressed was when he was forced to sell Rooney. Everyone got their act together, brought Arteta in and made the powers that be change the rules to keep their gravy train rolling ...
- Lack of presence at the club
- Needless restructuring of the playing side
- Disastrous US tour
- Manager depressed
- Underwhelming transfer window
If you sat down to write a less distinguished start to your ownership of a football club you couldn't add much more than that.

You're saying having competent, experienced people on the board and investing in the club is more important than turning up to BMD to sign autographs?Dan Friedkin is on the Board. Marc Watts is Chairman. Ana Dunkel, CFO of TFG, is also on the Board. They are “present” where they need to be. We don’t need fans we need competent, ambitious business people and that is exactly what we have got.
He was at the club from day 1.Lack of presence at the club?
Moshiri went awol for his final 3 years at the club once everything went tits up. The closest we got to a presence was the odd phone conversation with Jim White on Talk Sport and trying to sell us to a bunch of criminals with the same name as a one armed bandit.
I'd have Moshiri over this lot right now.
He at least showed ambition when he came in.
Behave mate. It’s a s**** tournament that no once cares about. As long as players start coming through the door who gives a crap.We have by far the worst squad due to squad depth none existent. It is embarrassing going into a tournament in the US with that squad. Yes they will have to spend close to 150millions, that's the bare minimum after years of under investment into the squad. I know it is not TFG's fault. But that's why they got a bargain. Now they have to invest.
And when it happens, your moaning a** will find something else to moan about.
Fantasy.
