Money wouldn’t be my chief motivator.

It isn’t now, so wouldn’t be if I was a footballer, either.

Massive difference between what your earing and what (i presume) is a much bigger wage as a footballer.

If youre sat there and one contract is offering you 25m and the other is offering you 50m that kind of money turns heads.

I just dont think anyone can say what they'd do in that situation with certainty.

If he gets to that point without the likes of Spurs, Dortmund or our skint neighbours moving for him then he says yes to us, gets paids well and moves on in 2 years if he’s as good as he think he is.
