I've been wanting to get one of the ninja woodfired grills for a while but seen Lidl have the Silvercrest woodfired grill for less than half the price so might take a plunge on that but need to do some research first.Nice walk with the dogs then back home for a breakie.
The Sausage,Bacon,Mush and Beans cooked on??? That's right you guesses it @summerisle ,The Ninja wood fire grill!

Just can't get any decent smoked meats in bbq spots around here so resorting to doing it myself.

Can't recommend it enough.
Just had a little look at silver crest and it more or less looks the same,don't know if performs but for half the price it's definitely worth go

Cooking some lamb hearts, never had them before. Also cooking some chicken thighs, just in case said hearts are disgusting.
I trimmed the fat off, cut away the ventricles, and bunged a load of sausage meat stuffing into the cavities. Researching cooking times, they varied between 45 mins and three hours.Not had lamb hearts for years but I do remember they were rather good.
