I didn’t mention Soucek. It’s August first, if we’re settling for Josh Brownhill as anything other than squad filler we might as well start planning for the parachute payments now.

Well we definitely need squad fillers because our current squad fillers are barely Championship standard.

We need 3 CM’s in my opinion. An upgrade on Garner, a replacement for 36 year old Gana, and a squad option that’s better than Iroegbunam.

And i think we are in agreement then... i believe we all want him as a squad player and tbh right now he is probably a better option than Tim or Garner...

He’s 30. He’s a championship player on the downside of his career. He’s spent plenty of time, in his prime, as a premier league player and was a plodder on perennial relegation candidate.

I had no idea who was being discussed. Just speaking generally, it would be sensible to pick up some championship players for our bench
